We offer special weekends such as “The Paths of Taste”, with tasting dinners featuring local producers, meetings with authors and wellness experts, yoga retreats, relaxing Spa days, and guided excursions.

Il nuovo libro di Marco Bianchi
“Mollo tutto e mangio sano” is the new book by Marco Bianchi — science communicator, TV personality, chef, and influencer. Each of us has discovered him in a different way, but we’ve all fallen for his charm — for his idea of health made of good taste and good values.
Marco will be at Mirtillo Alpino for a weekend with those who wish to meet him, and at Mirtillo Rosso to present his latest book during the evening aperitif at 6:00 p.m.
On Sunday, November 30, Marco will join us on an excursion through the Walser hamlets of Val Vogna.
From €50 per person per night with breakfast included.

L’oro rosso e i pregiati vini dell’Alta Langa.
Those who have attended our “Dinners with Stories” know they are born from the encounter between small, passionate producers and the creativity of Chef Omar Bonecchi.
Tonight, it’s the producers who will share their stories — tales intertwined with their products. The saffron from Azienda Agricola Oltre la Creta in Monterenzio (BO) will be the star of the evening, from starter to dessert, paired with wines from Borgo Moncalvo Winery in the Langhe Astigiane.
And it’s also the perfect chance to pick up your last Christmas gifts!
Our offer includes 2 nights with breakfast, a tasting dinner, and one dinner at Mirtillo Rosso, starting from €190 per person.
Tasting dinner only: €55 per person.

Due donne, imprenditrici del gusto dell’Alto Piemonte
Not just entrepreneurs, but true ambassadors of their beloved products. Gloria Barone and Silvia Barbaglia have shared their creations everywhere — the Riso Barone DOP and the Boca wines from the Barbaglia winery. Whenever I think of passionate producers, their example always comes to mind.
For this dinner, Chef Omar, our pastry chef Michela, and our master of ceremonies Geremia are playing on home ground, working with ingredients they know by heart.
In the heart of winter, a dinner warmed by friendship and the authentic flavours of our land.

Le eccellenze casearie valsesiane incontrano quelle vitivinicole del Monferrato.
The Alta Valsesia Dairy is much more than a producer of excellent local cheeses — it is a cooperative that has supported Valsesia’s farmers since 1956, holding together their daily lives and hard work.
Small barns that demand great energy, always at the mercy of Nature’s changing moods. Having a cooperative means feeling a little less alone.
Tonight, Marco, farmer and Director of the dairy, will share with us the stories of the valley intertwined with those of his cheeses.
Chef Omar Bonecchi’s dishes will be paired with wines from the Hic et Nunc winery in the lower Monferrato — another story of value and values we can’t wait to discover with you.

Il lavoro improduttivo
The “Unproductive work”. We’re talking about productivity — the balance between the energy invested and the economic return achieved.
But the productivity index of the activities we suggest, the ones that will become part of your holiday, is not the right measure of their true value.
The “crazy” people who run these places aim to create beauty, goodness, usefulness, humanity, and exchange.
They share their land, allowing traditions to survive and ancient knowledge to stay alive and relevant.
There is an alternative to an economy that concentrates wealth in the hands of a few and holds a narrow vision of productivity.
All it takes is to support it, instead of buying what we claim to oppose — what we so often complain about.
